The Anti Corruption Intelligence Cell (ACIC) comprises activities that oppose or inhibit corruption. Just as corruption takes many forms, anti-corruption efforts vary in scope and in strategy. A general distinction between preventive and reactive measures is sometimes drawn. In such framework, investigative authorities and their attempts to unveil corrupt practices would be considered reactive, while education on the negative impact of corruption, or firm-internal compliance programs are classified as the general public. Corruption is a complex social, political and economic phenomenon that affects all countries. Corruption undermines democratic institutions, slows economic development and contributes to governmental instability. Corruption attacks the foundation of democratic institutions by distorting electoral processes, perverting the rule of law and creating bureaucratic quagmires whose only reason for existing is the soliciting of bribes. Economic development is stunted because foreign direct investment is discouraged and small businesses within the country often find it impossible to overcome the "start-up costs" required because of corruption.
In today's modern era, a person's life is limited to his selfishness. Selfishness has become prominent behind every task. The society has become dominated by feelings of immorality, anarchy and selfishness.
As a result, the Indian culture and its sacred and moral nature has faded. One of the reasons for this is corruption spreading in society.Increased inflation is also working to increase it. As the needs of humans have increased, he is adopting the methods he wants to fulfill them.
The biggest reason for assuming this macabre form of corruption, in today's economical era, every person is engaged in obtaining money. The spread of corruption inside India is increasing day by day. Spread of corruption is visible in any area. Government and non-government departments of India are the biggest proof of this.
You want to do any of your work from here; it is not possible to get it done without feeding bribe. Government and non-government departments of India are the biggest proof of this. Banks, which are the pillar of the economy of every country, are also suffering from this disease of corruption. You can apply for any type of loan, but without any problem, it cannot be possible. The internal security of the country rests with our police department.But the news comes every day that a typical police officer left a culprit after taking a bribe. This kind of corruption is making India hollow. In order to spread the fun in our society, this giant snake has to be killed. First of all it is necessary to raise the morale of each person. Each person must discharge himself from this corruption while performing his duties. Not only this, it would be necessary to add some essential part in education, so that our new generation can develop ancient culture and moral patterns as a sacrament.
The judicial system has to be hardened and the common people will also have to provide necessary facilities. On this basis, some improvement can be expected in this situation. We seek your support, blessings and active participation in your organizational work. The organization decided to form a systematic operative management team for basic reforms on organizational development and civil rights, eradication of crime and corruption, systematic change in our corrupt system, empowerment of women and self-sufficient India for the needy people of the country by fulfilling their needs. Who has taken honorable Volunteers, Members and Office Bearers will serve in the national interest as network. This systematic operational management team like Overseas Committee, National Working Committee, Global-International Working Committee, State Working Committee, District Committee, Regional Committee, Block-Panchayat-Tehsil-Ward Working Committee, ACIC Board Committee , has set up the Task Force, ACIC Investigative Wing and Governing Council Cell, which is dedicated to the nation from time to time by the ACIC organization to create an advisory and glorious nation for transparency of clean administration in the country.
Together we will script glorious future for India let’s together of strong administration social and legal justice and good governance, equality of law with world peace and development.
I envision this website as a very important median of reforms of social justice and empowerment for the citizen of India.
Our greatest challenge today is to ensure that people everywhere can live in dignity, free from poverty, hunger, violence, oppression and injustice. For many people in a corrupt society, those freedoms remain only a dream. I urge all States and Union Territories member and volunteers to ratify the Convention at the earliest possible date. Let us bring it into force as a matter of urgency. If fully enforced, it can help to ensure that the weak and vulnerable are protected from the greed of corrupt officials and unscrupulous profiteers. It can help ensure that, in today’s fast-moving world, the poor do not become poorer. And by removing an important obstacle to development, it can help us achieve the Millennium Development Goals, and improve the life of millions around the world. Let me assure you that the India will continue to do its part, working with Governments and civil society in that momentous global struggle.
